ショウルームにはデジタルサイネージ、コンサルティングルーム、納車説明スペース「ハンドオーバー」などの最新設備を整え、新車7台を展示。お客さまの愛車を点検・整備する工場は建て替えで、ショウルームの改装に先立って2025年7月に稼働開始。整備エリアを拡張し、作業導線も改善したことで、より高効率で点検・整備できることとなりました。
ヤナセ名東支店の商圏は輸入車需要が高く、また、車、公共交通機関でもアクセスしやすい立地環境であることから、ヤナセの名古屋エリアにおける重要な拠点の一つとして位置付けています。今回のリニューアルにより、より多くのお客さまにメルセデス・ベンツを触れて、安心してお買い求めただけるよう、接客応対スキル・整備品質のさらなる強化に努めてまいります。
