YE Digital and FCC Techno Agree to Establish a Joint Venture for Logistics DX Promotion

YE Digital Corporation (Headquarters: Kokura Kita-ku, Kitakyushu City, Representative Director and President: Hiroji Tamai, hereinafter referred to as YE Digital) and FCC Techno Corporation (Headquarters: Minami-ku, Fukuoka City, Representative Director: Hideyoshi Nishimura, hereinafter referred to as FCC Techno) have decided to establish a joint venture at the board of directors meeting held on June 15, 2026, with the aim of promoting Digital Transformation (DX) in the logistics field.

Based on this decision, the two companies plan to establish "LDX Technologies Corporation" (hereinafter referred to as the new company) on July 1, 2026, through which they will promote the automation, visualization, and efficiency of warehouse and factory internal logistics by providing construction, introduction, operation, and support for logistics-related systems, and aim to further expand their logistics DX-related business.

Background and Purpose

In recent years, the manufacturing and logistics industries have seen an increasing need for process automation and data utilization due to severe labor shortages and the sophistication of operations. In this context, there is a demand for optimization support that goes beyond mere system introduction and delves into the execution level of the field.

YE Digital and FCC Techno have collaborated on logistics system introduction projects in the past. With the establishment of this joint venture, they aim to further promote integrated and continuous business operations. By combining the strengths of both companies, they will enhance the implementation of digitalization in logistics sites and promote data-driven logistics optimization.

Furthermore, through the establishment of this joint venture, YE Digital aims to strengthen its logistics DX solution provision system and deepen its collaboration with FCC Techno to achieve further growth in its logistics DX business.
