YE DIGITAL Corporation (Headquarters: Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu City; President and CEO: Yuji Tamai; hereinafter 'YE Digital') announces its collaboration with NVIDIA to formally advance initiatives in the field of Physical AI.
Under this collaboration, YE Digital will integrate its Warehouse Execution System (WES) 'MMLogiStation' with NVIDIA Omniverse libraries to enhance logistics and intra-factory material handling processes.
Accelerating Solutions for Logistics and Material Handling Challenges via Physical AI (Digital Twin)
YE Digital defines Physical AI as a technological domain that connects the physical world (physical) with cyberspace, enabling optimization and autonomy through AI, with digital twin technology as a core component.
By creating digital twins of 'material flows' and 'material handling processes' within logistics centers and factories, YE Digital aims to achieve the following and build next-generation operations where physical and digital spaces are interconnected:
- Optimization of the placement and control of automated equipment such as material handling systems and robots
- Prevention of rework through pre-implementation simulation
- Continuous improvement utilizing real-world operational data
Key Points of the 'MMLogiStation' × NVIDIA Omniverse Libraries Integration
'MMLogiStation' has been adopted across diverse logistics and manufacturing sites, achieving the No.1 market share in the WES market for three consecutive years※. It has accumulated extensive integration experience and real-world data with various automated equipment, including automated warehouses, AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, and robots.

This collaboration will integrate the entire operational environment—where equipment operates in coordination—using NVIDIA Omniverse libraries, rather than focusing on individual devices or units. This enables the construction of highly accurate, real-world-reflective digital twins, enhancing simulation, validation, and AI utilization.
Key Benefits Expected by YE Digital
YE Digital anticipates the following value creation through integration with NVIDIA Omniverse libraries:
- Significant reduction in development time Reducing the construction of large-scale virtual environments, which previously took several years, to a matter of months
- Standardization of virtual environments Alignment with industry standards based on OpenUSD※1 (Universal Scene Description: an open standard for 3D workflows)
- Open platform with broad market adoption potential Strengthened collaboration with material handling equipment manufacturers, robot vendors, and SIers
- Logistics and material handling systems that evolve with AI Enhanced control, optimization, and autonomy through integration of NVIDIA Omniverse and AI
- Ease of implementation equivalent to the physical world Direct deployment of YE Digital’s real-world logistics system and production equipment control technologies into virtual environments
About the Collaboration with NVIDIA
The two companies have been advancing collaborative discussions since November 2025.
YE Digital has been recognized by NVIDIA as a 'key partner in the Japanese market with on-site data and SI implementation capabilities,' and this proof-of-concept marks the first step in their collaboration.
By combining YE Digital’s on-site execution data from its WES with NVIDIA Omniverse’s 3D simulation and AI technologies, the companies will build a digital twin platform to consistently support the optimization of logistics flows across entire factories.
Both companies have already initiated proof-of-concept projects for digital twins in factory material handling processes within Japan, validating the practicality and effectiveness of Physical AI-driven optimization.
YE Digital and NVIDIA will promote the social implementation of Physical AI in logistics and manufacturing sites, centered on the 'MMLogiStation' × NVIDIA Omniverse integration, contributing to improved on-site productivity and the construction of sustainable industrial infrastructure.
