Hanamaru Udon to Open First Meat-Focused Store in Honshu and Launch 1kg 'Baku Tantan' Nationwide

Hanamaru Inc. will rebrand its Akasaka Hitotsugi-dori location into the meat-centric 'Hanamaru Udon Meat Store' on May 13, 2026. This new concept store focuses on meat as the main attraction, offering exclusive dishes like 'Three-types of Stewed Meat Udon.' Simultaneously, a nationwide limited-time menu called 'Baku Tantan' will be released, weighing 1kg in total with 340g of meat. This initiative is part of the 'Oidemai! Sanuki Project,' aiming to show the diverse ways to enjoy Sanuki udon.
