About the First Hong Kong Store The new store is located in the basement level (B1) of the APITA Eatery within the Cityplaza shopping mall. With a modern design featuring white and dark red tones, the store aims to provide a welcoming space for local residents. The facility offers extensive parking with 800 spaces and approximately 300 shared seats, ensuring comfort for families and shoppers.

The menu features the brand's signature ramen dishes: 'Shiroton' (White), 'Akaton' (Red), and 'Kuroton' (Black), bringing the charm of authentic Japanese tonkotsu ramen to Hong Kong diners.

Opening Campaign To celebrate the opening, the store is offering the 'Ajitama Shiroton' (Seasoned Egg White Tonkotsu Ramen) at half price for the first 50 customers daily for seven days.

Future Outlook Hong Kong is a mature market with a high level of interest in Japanese cuisine and a diverse dining culture.
