Yoshinoya Co., Ltd. will begin selling its seasonal menu items—'Mugitoro Gyusara Gozen,' 'Tororo Okura Gyudon,' and 'Hiyajiru'—at Yoshinoya stores nationwide starting at 11:00 AM on June 4th.
The 'Mugitoro Gyusara Gozen' is a popular seasonal classic that includes barley rice, grated yam, okra, miso soup, and Yoshinoya’s beef plate. This year, the company has refined the texture of the grated yam, creating a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Additionally, the company is introducing 'Tororo Okura Gyudon' (beef bowl with grated yam and okra) and 'Hiyajiru' (chilled soup), which is enjoyed by pouring cold dashi broth over it.
- Mugitoro Gyusara Gozen: 853 yen (dine-in, tax incl.), 838 yen (takeout, tax incl.) - Tororo Okura Gyudon: 792 yen (dine-in, tax incl.), 778 yen (takeout, tax incl.) - Hiyajiru: 250 yen (dine-in, tax incl.), 246 yen (takeout, tax incl.)
For dine-in orders of the 'Mugitoro Gyusara Gozen,' barley rice portions can be increased and refills are free. The company has also released commercials for these products on its official YouTube channel.
