Dominique Bouchet Tokyo, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Ginza, Tokyo, will host a special maker's dinner featuring the prestigious Burgundy domaine 'Simon Bize' on July 17 (Fri) and 18 (Sat), 2026.
Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, 'Domaine Simon Bize' has been producing precise and delicate wines since its founding in 1880. It remains highly acclaimed in Burgundy, one of the world's premier wine regions. Currently, the domaine is led by Chisa Bize, a Japanese native.
For this event, we are honored to welcome Chisa Bize herself. We have prepared a special course menu to be enjoyed alongside Simon Bize wines. Over the course of the dinner and lunch, guests will have the opportunity to experience the charm of Simon Bize more deeply through stories shared by the owner herself.
