Nagasaki Chamen, founded in 1971, will reopen its Okayama Ifuku store as "Men Chuka Restaurant" on July 9 (Thu). We will operate as a new Nagasaki Chamen with new menu items such as Teppanyaki Chamen and Chuka Katsu-don. On both July 9 (Thu) and July 10 (Fri), the first 100 customers each day will receive a free cabbage (1 head) or eggs (1 pack: 6 eggs). Nagasaki Chamen's Commitment

Vegetables

Nagasaki Chamen uses a large variety of vegetables, including cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and corn. We also use plenty of domestic cabbage and bean sprouts, with the total weight of vegetables in our "Vegetable-Rich Chamen" being approximately 380g. Considering that the recommended daily vegetable intake for adults is about 350g, we deliver a meal rich in vegetables.

Fresh Noodles

We are committed to always providing safe, secure, and delicious products to our customers through our noodle manufacturing process. We use "Seto Kirara" wheat flour from Yamaguchi Prefecture to create firm, elastic fresh noodles.

Soup

Nagasaki Chamen's soup is made with whole chicken and pork bones, and we have been serving the same traditional soup since our founding. Please enjoy the rich, savory soup that blends the flavors of vegetables and seafood.

The Birth Story

"It's not ramen. It's not champon. It's Cham-en." To put it simply, Cham-en is a product that takes the best of both ramen and champon. It uses 11 kinds of generous ingredients, including the vegetables and seafood characteristic of champon. For the soup and noodles, which are the stars of ramen, we use whole chicken and pork bones, with the flavors of vegetables slowly infused. The noodles are also chewy and delicious, with a firm texture. In this way, you can enjoy the "deliciousness" of both.

As "Men Chuka Restaurant"

After more than 50 years since its founding, Nagasaki Chamen has rebranded its brand concept to "Men Chuka Restaurant." In addition to the existing "Nagasaki Chamen," we have further expanded our menu. We offer new deliciousness as Teppanyaki, including Nagasaki Sara Udon and our traditional champon topped with grilledホルモン (hormone). We have also strengthened our "Chuka" (Chinese) menu items such as Xiaolongbao and Mapo Don.
