Certified Specified Non-Profit Organization Yumeshokunin (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Jun Iwakiri; hereinafter: Yumeshokunin), which is engaged in social education and social welfare for children and youth, has started recruiting for summer camps for elementary and junior high school students to be held during the summer vacation period of July and August 2026, on the "Learning Trip" website, which offers educational camps, tours, experiential events, and programs emphasizing experience and interaction, under the slogan "Experiences that make your heart dance. Learning that resonates with your heart."
These summer camps are conducted as part of the activities of a membership-based Kids Club, which provides experiential educational programs (day trips and overnight stays) for elementary and junior high school students in mixed-age groups during weekends, holidays, and long vacations such as summer, winter, and spring breaks. Applications will be accepted from Kids Club members at noon on Tuesday, May 12, and from new applicants at noon on Tuesday, May 19. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and a waiting list will be created once capacity is reached.

The following four types of summer camps will be held during the summer vacation period of July and August 2026. New applicants are required to register for the Kids Club.
Create Together! Children's Village Course (3 nights, 4 days)
Dates: July 23 (Thu) - 26 (Sun), 2026 Location: Samegawa Village, Higashishirakawa District, Fukushima Prefecture Gathering/Dismissal: Ueno Station (Iriya-guchi ticket gate), JR Joban Line Nakoso Station Transportation: Limited express train (reserved seats), shuttle bus Target: Elementary school 3rd grade to junior high school 3rd grade (Kids Club members) Capacity (Minimum participants): 20 people (16 people) Planned Program: Agriculture and forestry experience, animal care (chickens, goats, dogs), nature play, firewood splitting, nagashi somen (flowing noodles), handmade pizza experience, etc.
Play in Yatsugatake! River and Forest Course (3 nights, 4 days)
Dates: July 29 (Wed) - August 1 (Sat), 2026 Location: Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture Gathering/Dismissal: Kinshicho, Monzen-Nakacho Transportation: Chartered bus Target: Elementary school 1st grade to junior high school 3rd grade (Kids Club members) Capacity (Minimum participants): 35 people (30 people) Planned Program: Outdoor cooking, river play, hiking, crafts, campfire, etc.
Play in Oarai! Sea Course (2 nights, 3 days)
Dates: August 4 (Tue) - 6 (Thu), 2026 Location: Hokota City, Oarai Town, Ibaraki Prefecture Gathering/Dismissal: Kinshicho, Monzen-Nakacho Transportation: Chartered bus Target: Elementary school 1st grade to junior high school 3rd grade (Kids Club members) Capacity (Minimum participants): 35 people (30 people) Planned Program: Barbecue, beach activities, raft experience, aquarium visit and backstage tour, etc.
Tent Stay! Authentic Outdoor Course (2 nights, 3 days)
Dates: August 20 (Thu) - 22 (Sat), 2026 Location: Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture Gathering/Dismissal: Kinshicho, Monzen-Nakacho Transportation: Chartered bus Target: Elementary school 3rd grade to junior high school 3rd grade (Kids Club members) Capacity (Minimum participants): 35 people (30 people) Planned Program: Primitive fire starting/bonfire, outdoor cooking, knife usage lecture, bow and arrow making/play, shelter building, etc.
