ZACROS Corporation (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Taku Shimoda) is pleased to announce the establishment of a subsidiary in India in March 2026 and the commencement of its business operations in April of the same year.

1. Reason for Establishment

Our company is focusing on the global expansion of our high-performance liquid container "Cubitainer."

With the establishment of this local subsidiary in India, we will expand sales of our core products and services, centered on Cubitainer, to the markets in India and the surrounding regions, including the Middle East.

2. Office Overview

(1) Name: ZACROS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

(2) Location: S-4 2nd Floor, Vatika First India Place, Block-B, Sushant Lok Phase-1, MG Road, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002, India

(3) Business Activities:

・Sales and marketing of industrial liquid containers CUBITAINER

・Sales and marketing of other products and processed goods primarily made of plastics

(4) Capital: 60 million INR (approximately 100 million JPY)

(5) Establishment Date: March 2026

(6) Business Commencement: April 2026

The newly established subsidiary mentioned above will be 99% owned by our company (1% by ZACROS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.) and is expected to be consolidated.

3. Future Outlook

The impact of this matter on the current fiscal year's performance is minor. If it is determined that there will be an impact on performance, we will promptly disclose it.
