1. Reason for Establishment Our company is focusing on the global expansion of its high-performance liquid container "CUBITAINER." With the establishment of this local subsidiary in India, we will expand sales of our core products and services, centered on CUBITAINER, to the markets in India and the surrounding regions, including the Middle East.

Outline of the Base (1) Name: ZACROS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (2) Location: S-4 2nd Floor, Vatika First India Place, Block-B, Sushant Lok Phase-1, MG Road, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002, India (3) Business Activities: ・Sales and marketing of industrial liquid containers CUBITAINER ・Sales and marketing of other products and processed goods primarily made of plastics (4) Capital: 60 million INR (approximately 100 million JPY) (5) Establishment Date: March 2026 (6) Commencement of Operations: April 2026 This newly established subsidiary will be 99% owned by our company (1% by ZACROS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.) and is expected to be consolidated.

3. Future Outlook The impact of this matter on the current period's performance is minor. We will promptly disclose any impacts on performance if they are deemed to occur.
