Through this initiative, ZAIKO connects event organizers with JTB to offer travel products planned by both parties directly on the ZAIKO platform.

Background and Purpose Previously, participants in music festivals and large-scale events faced the burden of individually arranging transportation to venues and nearby accommodation. ZAIKO offers a diverse range of services connecting creators and fans globally, from ticket sales and streaming to fan community management.

By leveraging JTB's advanced travel planning and arrangement expertise, ZAIKO will support organizers in planning and selling official tours and access bus packages linked with ticket sales. This provides event attendees with a more seamless and satisfying experience that integrates travel and accommodation arrangements with their ticket purchase.

Scope of Services The travel-related services available for events using the ZAIKO platform include:

- Planning and Sales of Official Tours Creating and offering plans such as accommodation-included packages tailored to specific events to meet attendee needs.

- Operation of Access Tours (Shuttle Buses) Planning and arranging dedicated shuttle buses connecting major stations to event venues to support smooth travel.

- Arrangement of Accommodation Securing nearby accommodation for distant attendees, event staff, and performers to support event operations.

*As an initial case study, ZAIKO has already implemented system integration and shuttle bus operations for events such as 'FUJI & SUN '26.'
