In our disability welfare business, we operate 'Avanzare Sports,' an after-school day service and child development support center, and 'Terra Grassa,' a Type B employment support office. We provide support tailored to the growth and independence of each individual, from children to adults.

Furthermore, starting in April 2026, we will review our business structure and begin operating the 'Avanzare Junior Soccer Club' as a new sports school section.

We feel joy when we see individuals in our soccer schools, after-school services, and employment support centers increase their 'I can do it' moments and look forward. The experience of being close to them and sharing the joy of growth also leads to our own learning and growth. We value the connections between people.
