Coco's Japan Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Naoya Ichiki, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), which operates the family restaurant chain 'Coco's' nationwide, will hold a 'Cookies & Cream Fair' starting Thursday, April 9.

Five items will be introduced under the theme of 'Cookies & Cream', a royal flavor among ice creams.

We have combined mildly sweet vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, cream-filled cocoa cookies, chocolate tamago boro, and cocoa biscuit chips with a cookies & cream ice cream that lets you enjoy the moist texture of cookies. It is a greedy dessert where you can enjoy both the moist and crunchy textures of cookies.

The big parfait and crepe will be served with a sweet and sour, refreshing cassis sauce. The refreshing flavor of cassis enhances the sweetness of the cookies & cream, allowing you to enjoy a clean taste.

Also, a take-out possible 'Cookies & Cream Frappe' is making an appearance. It contains coffee jelly with a smooth texture made from fair trade coffee, and you can enjoy it refreshingly despite its rich flavor.
