Hamazushi: Sanriku Coho Salmon and Atka Mackerel Tempura Nigiri for 100 Yen (110 Yen with Tax)! 'Nippon Umaneta Festival Part 2' Starts

Hamazushi, a sushi chain operated by Hamazushi Co., Ltd. (President: Satoshi Minami, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), will hold the 'Hamazushi Nippon Umaneta Festival Part 2' at stores nationwide starting Tuesday, May 26.

Since Tuesday, May 12, Hamazushi has been holding the 'Hamazushi Nippon Umaneta Festival,' featuring delicious toppings such as 'Hokkaido-landed Vinegared Herring for 100 yen (110 yen including tax),' which has been very well received.

In Part 2, the 'Sanriku-sourced Thick-cut Coho Salmon,' known for its soft meat and rich flavor, and the 'Hokkaido-landed Atka Mackerel Tempura Nigiri,' featuring a perfect balance of fluffy meat and crispy batter, will be offered for 100 yen (110 yen including tax).

Additionally, the menu will introduce the 'Hokkaido Whelk dressed with Wasabi,' offering an addictive crunchy texture and refreshing spiciness; the 'Hokkaido Uchiura Bay Large Scallop,' allowing customers to enjoy the sweetness and juicy, soft meat of the scallop; and the 'Toyama Bay Large Raw Firefly Squid,' which is currently in season and offers the rich flavor of its innards.

To commemorate the fair, the official Hamazushi X account will run a campaign where a total of 80 winners will be selected by lottery to receive a 3,000 yen meal discount ticket usable at Hamazushi. Please feel free to participate.
