SAKAE SAKE SQUARE 2026: Game-like Sake Tour "Sake Que" to be Implemented at Nagoya's Sakae Sake Event

The Aichi Prefecture Sake Brewers Association, the Gifu Prefecture Sake Brewers Association, and ZIP-FM are hosting the sake tasting event 'SAKAE SAKE SQUARE 2026' in Nagoya's Sakae district. The event will be held from July 18th (Sat) to 20th (Mon, Holiday) 2026, with different time slots each day. Over 20 breweries will participate each day, totaling 50 breweries (24 from Aichi and 26 from Gifu), offering more than 140 different types of sake.

This year, the event will introduce a new feature called 'Sake Que', a game-like experience where participants can use the official app 'Sake Fes Guide' to complete quests related to tasting, food, and missions. The venue will be transformed into an 'adventure stage', allowing participants to explore the local sake of Aichi and Gifu prefectures in a fun and interactive way.

What is 'Sake Que'?

'Sake Que' is a stamp rally-type adventure gamification that makes SAKAE SAKE SQUARE 2026 even more enjoyable. Participants can challenge various quests on the app and earn additional coins based on their achievements.

The coins earned can be used to purchase sake, snacks, and refreshing water at the venue, creating a system where 'the more you explore, the more you can enjoy'.

From beginners to sake enthusiasts, everyone can deeply experience the sake culture of Aichi and Gifu at their own pace.

Explore a lineup of over 140 types of sake over three days to find your favorite cup. Breweries will rotate daily, and the same brand will only be counted once.
