Zoff, an eyewear brand operated by Intermestic Inc., will open its new flagship store, the next-generation concept shop 'Zoff SHIBUHARA,' at the commercial facility 'Shibuhara Cross' in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, on May 29, 2026 (Fri). Located at the intersection of Shibuya and Harajuku culture, a hub for trends and culture. 'Zoff SHIBUHARA' will open at 'Shibuhara Cross,' located about a 6-minute walk from JR Harajuku Station. Beyond selling finished products, the store aims to provide an opportunity to rethink eyewear as 'lifewear' that accompanies daily life through experiences that touch upon the background of craftsmanship. Installing an automated processing robot, a first for a domestic eyewear store. The first thing that catches the eye in the store is the automated lens processing robot. This 2.5-meter-long large-scale facility, the first of its kind in the domestic eyewear industry, allows customers to observe the lens processing steps up close, which are usually hidden. By visualizing the process of completing a single pair of glasses, the store provides a space to deepen understanding of eyewear. The space is designed to utilize the architectural structure. The interior was designed in collaboration with the design and architecture firm DAIKEI MILLS, combining Zoff's latest interior concept, 'Laboratory,' with the SHIBUHARA store's original concept, 'Industrial.' By actively incorporating industrial and inorganic elements, the design makes the functions of processing and assembly the personality of the space. Through designs that leverage the architectural structure and the introduction of special new fixtures that evoke machinery, the store achieves a different product display and customer flow experience than conventional stores. Furthermore, in the center of the store, which has a ceiling height of about 5 meters, a large visual device with about 32 monitors is suspended. It creates a symbolic presentation that visually impresses the brand's worldview, which cannot be experienced in regular stores. This store presents a new way of being a retail space where customers can not only 'see and choose' products but also 'experience' them, and will disseminate a new eyewear culture. Launching the store-exclusive Sabae-made eyewear series 'Mastercraft Archive.' To commemorate the opening, we will sell 'Mastercraft Archive' glasses, produced in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, one of Japan's leading eyewear production areas, exclusively at this store. In this project, we will offer a special lineup purchased locally in limited quantities. We will feature rare frames carefully selected from stock frames that have been stored for many years. The lineup focuses on high-quality frames using celluloid fabric and titanium materials, offering products where you can feel the precise technology and careful finishing unique to Sabae products. There are no plans for restocking, and some items are one-of-a-kind rare pieces. From late June 2026, we also plan to launch sunglasses that combine Sabae-made frames with Zoff's original color lenses. We will gradually expand our product proposals unique to this store, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern fashion sensibilities.
