The "Toshima Art Summer Festival," where you can encounter artists and works from various genres within Toshima Ward, will be held from Friday, July 31 to Monday, August 31. We will provide opportunities for a wide range of generations, especially children, to experience and share art together, including theater and concerts that can be enjoyed from age 0, and a screening event featuring a collection of short animated films from Japan and abroad.
