IMM Food Service announces major menu upgrades for 'Sabrina Beer Garden' on the rooftop of Takasaki Opa. From June 1, the venue will feature premium Joshu Beef, Italian à la carte dishes, and over 30 types of drinks, running through September 30, 2026.

Sabrina Beer Garden, operated by IMM Food Service Co., Ltd. (HQ: Kanazawa City; CEO: Naofumi Mizuguchi), is now open on the 7th-floor rooftop terrace of Takasaki Opa through September 30, 2026.

The venue offers a breezy, open-air atmosphere with 60 seats overlooking the Takasaki city skyline. Starting June 1, the experience will be further enriched with new Italian menu items including Margherita pizza, Caprese salad, and Ajillo, alongside refreshing cocktails like Sangria and Peach Bellini.

A highlight for 2026 is the new optional upgrade (+1,500 JPY/person) to the standard BBQ plan, featuring sirloin steak from 'Joshu Beef,' a celebrated local brand from Gunma Prefecture known for its rich flavor and sweet marbling. The standard BBQ course includes an appetizer platter, fries, nuggets, mixed vegetables, and a meat selection (beef ribs, pork belly, herb chicken, and two types of sausage), followed by penne arrabbiata and dessert.

The 120-minute all-you-can-drink menu includes over 30 varieties of beverages, from Kirin Ichiban Shibori and Heartland beer to sparkling wine, highballs, and non-alcoholic drinks. For convenience, the terrace features some roofed seating, and guests can move to the indoor restaurant area in case of heavy rain.
