Notice of New Executive Officer Appointment | AXXIS Inc.

AXXIS Inc. (Head Office: Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yudai Suenaga; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that Masato Suzuki, who has served as Head of the Career Support Division, has been newly appointed as an Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026.

With this appointment, we aim to further company growth by strengthening our core businesses and the overall organizational structure.

<Career>

Born in 1992 in Otaru City, Hokkaido. After graduating from Hokusei Gakuen University in Hokkaido in 2015, he joined Primo Japan Inc. in the bridal jewelry industry. From his second year as a new graduate, he was responsible for store management as a store manager while also concurrently handling new graduate recruitment. He then moved to Pleiades Inc. in the human resources industry, where he gained experience as a sales leader. Subsequently, he joined AXXIS Inc. in August 2021. After serving as a sales leader for Majicari, he was appointed Head of the division in June 2023.

I have decided to move forward with even greater responsibility and determination to realize the vision that AXXIS aims for.

My own career has certainly not been smooth sailing, and I have experienced short-term job changes and bitter experiences.
