Archelis Co., Ltd. (Yokohama, Kanagawa; CEOs Katsuhiko Saho and Hideyuki Fujisawa) will exhibit at the '36th West Japan Food Industry Creation Exhibition '26' held May 20-22, 2026 (Wed-Fri) at Marine Messe Fukuoka Hall A and B. At booth AE-23, the company will showcase its standing-rest devices 'Stabi Series' (StabiHalf, StabiFull, StabiLeft) through live demonstrations and hands-on trials, presenting fatigue-reduction solutions for long-duration standing tasks such as sorting, inspection, and packaging in food factories. The exhibition is the largest food manufacturing trade show in western Japan, focusing on automation, labor-saving, and digitalization. Amid serious labor shortages in food factories, Archelis addresses the dual challenge of reducing worker fatigue and maintaining productivity. The Stabi Series allows workers to lean against the device to distribute body weight, reducing stress on feet, legs, and lower back. No wearing required-simply place it on the floor for immediate use, with a compact design suitable for narrow workspaces. StabiHalf reduces foot-sole load by approximately 33% (in-house measurement data), while StabiLeft reduces foot-sole load by up to 65%. A stainless-steel option is available for food factory hygiene requirements. No power source or renovation work is needed. Archelis was founded in 2014 through a medical-engineering collaboration developing surgical assist suits and has since expanded into industrial and service sectors including manufacturing lines, logistics warehouses, retail stores, and dental clinics.
