The Veranda Ishidome Maruyama is a mountain resort offering easy access via the state-of-the-art 'Sunrise Express' gondola, reaching in just about 7 minutes. From here, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the Uonuma Plain and the Echigo Sanzan mountain range.

At 'ROKKA ~ROKKA~,' which features dishes using sake and koji from the local brewery 'Yamakai,' the 'Snow Mountain Shizumu Light Shaved Ice' is introduced. Topped with a foam cream resembling snow, this dish uses amazake from Yamakai as its base. Enjoy this exclusive experience only available at The Veranda, served at the terrace counter with a view.

At the symbolic 'Terrace Café' on the observation deck, the popular 'homemade lemonade' is refreshed with a sherbet-style summer twist—a tangy, citrusy, and refreshing drink-dessert. Enjoy it with the limited-time Honey Lemon Pancake.
