Survey Background

In recent years, an increasing number of companies have been utilizing videos in in-house training scenarios such as new employee training, management training, hierarchical training, and compliance training. Compared to face-to-face group training, online video training is becoming more accessible for many companies due to its ability to allow learning regardless of time or place, as well as reducing operational burdens such as arranging instructors and coordinating venue costs.

Meanwhile, MVISAKU also receives many inquiries from companies with questions such as, "How should we prepare training videos?" "How much budget is required for production?" and "What kind of effects are actually being achieved?"

Therefore, this survey was conducted targeting 500 HR and training personnel at companies that utilize video for in-house training, investigating the usage scenarios, production methods, budgets, effects, and future utilization intentions of video training. We hope this will be helpful for companies that are about to start video training.
