About Incubate Camp 19th

What is Incubate Camp? It is a two-day, overnight event where seed and early-stage entrepreneurs team up with General Partner/Partner-class venture capitalists (hereinafter Guest VCs) to rapidly accelerate their businesses. Sixteen entrepreneurs who pass the screening process from among the applicants will be invited as program participants to engage in repeated discussions with 16 Guest VCs, leading to the refinement of their business plans and subsequent fundraising.

Incubate Camp marks its 19th edition this year. Since its first event in 2010, the cumulative number of participating entrepreneurs has exceeded 280, and the total funds raised by participating companies in the recent 13th to 18th editions after participating in IC has surpassed 50 billion yen.

About the Screening Process For Incubate Camp 19th, we are introducing two new screening methods: the 'VC Screening Meeting' and the 'Area Screening Meeting.' In the VC Screening Meeting, a selection committee comprised of young capitalists from multiple VCs will evaluate entries from across the country. In the Area Screening Meeting, the country is divided into 8 areas to hold screening sessions. By collaborating with partners familiar with the local business environment, we will discover and recommend promising regional entrepreneurs. Through these two screening processes, the program is designed so that entrepreneurs from anywhere in the country can challenge themselves for the main event.

We look forward to entries from entrepreneurs nationwide who are seriously committed to their businesses.
