Joined a major Japanese electronics manufacturer in 1982. Engaged in building a global production system in the manufacturing division of the OA equipment business. As the head of the manufacturing division during his assignment in Malaysia, he was responsible for factory operations, and in China, he led the launch of new products. In the Philippines, he promoted everything from selecting the country for expansion to establishing the factory, and managed the site as the local subsidiary's president. He spent about half of his career overseas, practicing overseas site management from manufacturing, technology, and management perspectives. Since 2022, he has been engaged in supporting companies expanding overseas.
