Started co-creation in Taito Ward: Ethical gin 'Distiller's CUT TAITO ACTION with Bistro NOHGA' born from unused local materials goes on sale

Ethical Spirits Inc. has launched a new ethical gin, 'Distiller's CUT TAITO Action with Bistro NOHGA', which is upcycled from ginger syrup residue generated at 'Bistro NOHGA' in NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO. The gin utilizes leftover alcohol from the distilling process as a base and will be sold exclusively in Taito Ward starting May 13. The product's label design features art created from about 3,900 discarded wine corks, embodying the company's philosophy that 'Nothing is Meaningless'.
