Is 'Cost' Not the Only Trouble When Disposing of Unwanted Items? Real Concerns from a Survey of 200 Users (S-Planning Survey)

S-Planning LLC conducted a survey of 200 users of private waste collection services to understand their concerns. The results revealed that large furniture (64.0%) and large home appliances (61.0%) are the most difficult items to dispose of. Users cited high disposal costs (40.0%) and the inability to move items themselves (34.0%) as their main concerns. When choosing a service, clear pricing and estimates (32.5%) and home pick-up availability (32.5%) are highly valued. The company highlights the importance of transparent pricing and comprehensive services, promoting its own 'Re-Buyers' service which combines waste collection and purchasing to ease user burdens.
