#OshiWork is a recruitment project for people with such thoughts to consider their own work style and career.

We support challenges to become construction managers, where one can acquire specialized skills from scratch, by respecting fandom activities as an important driving force for living each day positively, rather than as an obstacle to work.

What is #OshiWork?

#OshiWork is a full-time employee recruitment project by Engineer Inc. that aims to become construction managers who support building construction from scratch.

Construction managers are responsible for managing schedules, quality, and safety in construction projects, and work in cooperation with many stakeholders to advance building construction.

After joining the company, training will be provided to learn business manners, PC skills, and the basics of construction management. After training, specialized skills will be acquired through practical experience at assigned projects in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba prefectures.

【System Examples】

Fandom Support Fund

Upon submission of receipts and prescribed application forms/reports, we will subsidize fandom activity expenses based on our company regulations. The annual subsidy limit is up to 100,000 yen.

Special Fandom Leave

Two special leave days per year that can be used for concerts, events, or travel. These can be taken separately from regular paid leave.

Post-Fandom Blues Leave

A special leave of one day per incident, to be taken when there is an event requiring emotional adjustment, such as the graduation, disbandment, or end of activities of a favorite artist/group.

Fan Club Annual Fee Subsidy

Subsidizes fan club membership fees for your favorite artist/group. Generally, only one fan club is eligible.

Community System

Supports community activities among employees who support the same artist/group. We subsidize up to 3,000 yen per person for annual gatherings.

Casual Commute OK (General Rule)

Commuting in casual attire is generally permitted. A suit may be required depending on the situation, such as for training involving attendance or meetings with construction sites.

OshiWork Improvement Committee

A system to jointly develop #OshiWork systems and work styles based on employee feedback.

Position: Construction Manager

Employment Type: Full-time employee (indefinite-term dispatched worker)

Salary: Monthly salary of 253,000 yen~/Estimated annual income of 3.4 million yen~

*Includes fixed overtime pay for 15 hours, amounting to 26,539 yen. Any excess will be paid separately.

Work Location: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba Prefectures

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (General Rule)

*During the training period, hours are 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, and may vary depending on the assigned location.

Holidays/Leave: Weekends and national holidays off (2 days off per week), 125 annual holidays

Qualifications: High school graduate or above, no experience required
