Oxford Partners Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Wataru Oizumi; hereinafter "Oxford Partners") is launching full-scale recruitment activities for engineers within its SES (System Engineering Service) business.

Why we are doing 'SES that doesn't hide information' now

While the SES industry suffers from a chronic labor shortage, engineers have been voicing the same concerns for years: "I don't know my own unit price," "I can't choose my projects," and "I have no one to consult with." These structural issues are currently accelerating the exodus of talented personnel from the SES industry.

Since our founding in 2022, we have upheld a policy of "disclosing information to engineers" to address this problem. This includes publishing project unit prices, designing high-return compensation structures, and assigning projects that respect the individual's will. While many companies "just talk" about these things, we have a track record of implementing them as institutional policy.

Now that our business foundation is established, we are moving into full-scale engineer recruitment to further strengthen our organization.

Oxford Partners' Recruitment Policy

[We disclose project unit prices to the individual] Engineers at our company can see the monthly unit price of the projects they are involved in. This is a system where you receive "evidence-based compensation" rather than a "vague salary." We also clearly state our return rates and provide specific figures during interviews before you join the company.

[Engineers choose their own projects] We do not unilaterally decide, "Please join this site." After listening to the individual's technical interests and career direction, we present multiple candidate projects and leave the final decision to the engineer themselves.

[The interview manager provides continuous follow-up] Even after joining a project, the interview manager (Executive Officer, Emiri Teranishi) conducts monthly follow-ups. We have established a system where you can consult not only on troubleshooting at the site but also on long-term career design.

Target Areas

Our business focuses on projects in industries that support social infrastructure, such as finance, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Many of our projects involve upstream processes such as requirements definition and basic design, and are primarily long-term contracts. As a matter of policy, we do not engage in assignments where the work site changes frequently in the short term.
