Quil Fait Bon Co., Ltd. (CEO: Tomoya Ishikawa), operator of the tart specialty shop 'Quil Fait Bon,' will launch four limited-edition 'Fukuoka 20th Anniversary Tarts' for a limited period from Wednesday, July 29, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026, at its Fukuoka store.
The highlight of this release is three tarts made with fruits grown locally in Fukuoka. These include a tart featuring the rare 'Toyomitsuhime' fig—cultivated exclusively within the prefecture—paired with rich chocolate custard; a vibrant tart arranged in a wheel-flower pattern with five types of fruit, including Fukuoka-grown Shine Muscat, peaches, and 'Toyomitsuhime'; and a third tart highlighting the noble aroma of Fukuoka Shine Muscat. Completing the lineup is a playful 'Plum and Peach Prune à la Mode Tart,' created in 2022 by an associate (staff member) at the Fukuoka store, featuring custard pudding, caramel sauce, and a scattering of plums and peaches.
These four special tarts are a heartfelt expression of gratitude to local customers who have supported the store for 20 years. We invite you to savor their unique flavors in-store this summer.

Store Details
Since its opening in 2006, the Fukuoka store has been cherished by local residents and visitors from afar. Located just off the main street of Tenjin, Kyushu’s largest entertainment district, the store sits on a quiet, relaxed avenue. It features a vibrant takeaway space with an eye-catching showcase displaying tarts lavishly adorned with seasonal fruits, alongside a cozy café where guests can unwind and relax.
Fukuoka has long been home to many renowned Western confectionery shops that represent Japan’s sweets culture. Twenty years ago, it was precisely in this rich confectionery landscape that we began our journey, staying true to the Quil Fait Bon identity.
From the way the plaster is applied on the walls to the choice of colors, every minute detail reflects a level of craftsmanship impossible to capture in blueprints. Our associates (staff) themselves participated in the interior construction. Even after 20 years, that original dedication continues to live on in this store.
