★ Synopsis

Nobita, who is late for school, has a flash of inspiration: 'If there were no clocks, I wouldn't have to worry about time and could sleep as much as I want!'

He asks Doraemon to bring out the 'What-If Phone Booth' and changes the world into 'a world where ticking clocks do not exist', but Nobita still oversleeps and is late for school as usual.

In the world without clocks, the movement of the sun serves as a clock, and time is managed by sunrise, sunset, and the position of shadows that move with the sun.

Nobita wanted to somehow create a 'world where there is no tardiness and you can sleep forever', but through the 'Genesis Set', he learns that this universe and time are closely connected.

Meanwhile, an assortment of secret gadgets related to time arrives from the Future Department Store, and they get caught up in major trouble due to a certain gadget...

What is the secret of the invisible time...?
