The interior will recreate the lively atmosphere of the Tsukiji market, offering seafood menus focused on freshness.
Regarding Roadside Expansion
The Kofu store is the first roadside store for the "Tsukiji Shokudo Gen-chan" brand. By providing a parking lot, we believe we can offer customers in a wider area a casual way to enjoy the Tsukiji market atmosphere and fresh seafood menus, in a different way than stores located within commercial facilities. We view this as the first step towards expanding this type of roadside store to various locations in the future.

Background of the Store Opening
The chosen location in the Ise area of Kofu City is situated along Ise Dori, surrounded by offices and residential areas. We decided to open here with the idea that a diner where people could easily stop by car would be convenient for their daily lives and work commutes.
The interior features large monochrome photos of the Tsukiji market landscape around the ceiling, with lantern lighting and wood-grain interiors to create the vibrant atmosphere unique to a market diner.
