【Satoshi Tsumabuki】

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1980. Starred in films such as "Waterboys" (released 2001) and "Josee, the Tiger and the Fish" (released 2003), winning numerous awards. In 2009, he starred in the NHK Taiga drama "Tenchijin." He also won the Best Actor Award at the 34th Japan Academy Film Prize for his leading role in the film "Confessions" (released 2010). Born August 17, 1998, in Okayama Prefecture.

A right-handed pitcher. His strengths include excellent control, sharp breaking balls, and a powerful fastball.

After attending Miyakonojo High School in Miyazaki Prefecture, he was drafted by the Orix Buffaloes in the 4th round of the 2016 NPB draft and joined the team. Since turning professional, he has steadily built his achievements and grown into a leading pitcher in Japan.
