Synclayer Co., Ltd. (TSE Standard: 1724, President and CEO: Michimasa Yamaguchi, Headquarters: Nagoya City), a solution provider for businesses involved in broadcasting and telecommunications, will exhibit at the "Jichitai Sogo Fair 2026" (Organizer: Japan Management Association) to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, July 8 to Friday, July 10, 2026.
Since our founding in 1962, we have built upon the technologies cultivated in the broadcasting and telecommunications fields and are leveraging this expertise to develop services that contribute to solving social issues in recent years. At this exhibition, we will introduce the latest solutions that contribute to solving the challenges faced by local governments, with the themes of "loneliness death countermeasures," "disaster prevention and mitigation," and "information transmission."
The "Jichitai Sogo Fair 2026" is held under the theme of "Regional Revitalization through Discovery, Awareness, and Co-creation," serving as a venue for new public-private partnerships and the encounter of new innovations.
We will be exhibiting at the fair and holding seminars to introduce the latest solutions, taking into account the challenges faced by each local government.
Exhibition Content
This exhibition will go beyond single product introductions to propose solutions that consider practical implementation for complex issues faced by local governments, such as "aging population countermeasures," "information transmission during disasters," "maintenance of communication infrastructure," and "labor shortages." By combining each field, such as loneliness death countermeasures, disaster prevention, and information transmission, with our foundational broadcasting and communication technologies, we aim to realize more reliable and sustainable regional infrastructure. The exhibition will be structured to allow visitors to visualize specific usage methods while imagining actual implementation scenarios.
◆ Loneliness Death Countermeasures: Safety Confirmation Support Service "Denpa de Miteru-kun"
This is a state-of-the-art safety confirmation support service that uses AI to analyze slight changes in Wi-Fi radio waves to detect human movement indoors. It automatically issues an alert if no movement is detected for a certain period. It can be used simply by plugging a dedicated terminal into an outlet, and since it does not require cameras or wearable devices, it allows for "discreet safety confirmation" while protecting privacy.
It is primarily offered to local governments and real estate management companies as a measure against loneliness deaths among elderly individuals living alone.
◆ Disaster Broadcasting: FM Announcement System & Community FM Announcement System
This system delivers emergency and community information to dedicated terminals installed in each household using the FM band of cable television or the radio waves of community FM. A key feature is its ultra-compact, postcard-sized terminal, which automatically activates even when the power is off during emergencies, transmitting information at maximum volume with flashing lights.
It has been adopted as infrastructure for disaster information transmission by many local governments, including Sumoto City in Awaji Island and Kuroshio Town in Kochi Prefecture.
◆ Disaster Countermeasures: Outdoor Uninterruptible Power Supply Unit
This is an extremely efficient next-generation power system for 5G base stations and network hubs, providing power supply and backup. Compared to conventional lead-acid batteries, its battery life is approximately twice as long, and its compact design, less than half the size, allows it to be mounted directly on walls or pillars.
Furthermore, its high reliability and quiet operation due to its natural heat dissipation (fanless) design significantly contribute to reducing installation site costs and shortening implementation periods.
