Jupiter Technology officially releases Zero Trust endpoint defense 'Heimdal Application Control'

Jupiter Technology Corporation will begin selling 'Heimdal Application Control', a Zero Trust endpoint defense solution from Danish cybersecurity firm Heimdal Security, starting in May 2026. To counter the increasing 'Living off the Land (LotL)' attacks that exploit legitimate tools such as PowerShell and WMI, Application Control provides defense through 'execution control'. The ProcessLock service, running on the Heimdal Agent, monitors processes launched on endpoints in real-time, performing permission, blocking, and privilege escalation control. Based on the Zero Trust concept, it ensures that 'only permitted applications can run', thereby realizing countermeasures against attacks that exploit legitimate tools.
