A Slightly Mysterious and Dream-Filled Exhibition, 'Takazono Wonderland,' to Start at Kiki!!CREATIVE GALLERY & CAFE from May 12th (Tuesday)!!

Yosuke Takazono, the main artist of this exhibition (recipient of the 2025 House of Councillors President's Award at the International Exhibition of Art by Persons with Disabilities). One day, Takazono suddenly started painting an office chair.

At "Kiki!!CREATIVE GALLERY & CAFE" (14-8 Akashi-cho, Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture) in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, an exhibition by affiliated artists, "Takazono Wonderland," will be held from May 12th (Tuesday) to June 26th (Friday).

Why Takazono Wonderland!?

This exhibition will feature wonderful artists from Kiki!!CREATIVE, centered around Yosuke Takazono, who received the House of Councillors President's Award last year in his first public exhibition entry.

The main artist, Mr. Takazono, creates unique collage works by combining words and items from games, fast food and their logo marks, and his favorite motifs and characters. An art chair, which he started painting by removing the backrest of an office chair one day, will also be exhibited.

In addition, unique artists such as Sayaka Yokomizo, who won the grand prize in the Zushi City Handmade Picture Book Contest in the past, Justine Ikeda, who works on package designs for the "Third World Shop," Tsumugi Matsunaga, Nanami Mitsuno, Kazuya Miyashita, and Yuri Nishimura will also be participating.

Exhibitions where works by such popular and unique artists can be seen all at once are not common at Kiki!!CREATIVE.
