Armani Group, Sierra Blanca Estates, and Palya Assets Collaborate to Announce Spain's First Residential Project 'ARMANI RESIDENCES MARBELLA'

The Armani Group, Palya Assets, and Sierra Blanca Estates have announced 'ARMANI RESIDENCES MARBELLA', Armani's first residential project in Spain. Realized in collaboration with Rafael Nadal and Abel Matutes' Palya Invest, the project will be built on a 50,000 square meter site on Marbella's Golden Mile. Offering only 33 low-density residences, it will feature Armani/Casa's refined interior design, luxury amenities, and panoramic Mediterranean views. Construction starts in June 2026, with completion expected in 2028.
