G-YET Launches New Management Structure

G-YET Co., Ltd. announces that it has launched a new management structure following the 36th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 21, 2026, and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting. Under the new structure, Kazuhiro Kodama continues as Chairman and Representative Director, and Tatsuya Kimura has been newly appointed as President and Representative Director. Under this management structure with two Representative Directors, we will advance growth strategies for the entire group and structural reforms centered on the apparel business. We are currently at a stage where we are steadily forming a cycle of growth based on customer satisfaction under the new management structure. Under the new structure, we will work to improve our profit structure, strengthen our management foundation, and enhance our governance system, aiming to increase corporate value. In this new structure, we emphasize balancing operational capabilities rooted in the apparel business field with the strengthening of governance required as a listed company. Tatsuya Kimura, who has been appointed President and Representative Director, has been involved in store operations, business management, supply chain reform, and DX promotion in the apparel industry.
