Sugawara-kun Racing Sells Out Corporate Sponsorship Slots in 45 Days, Gears Up for MEC120 Series

Sugawara-kun Racing (HQ: Nagoya, Aichi; CEO: Yuichi Sugawara) announced that all corporate sponsorship slots for its motorsport project, launched on Feb 15, 2026, were secured within just 45 days.

The team will compete in the MEC120 endurance racing series for the 2026 season with a driver lineup featuring CEO Yuichi Sugawara and former F4 racer Yukihiko Yamamoto. Title sponsorship opportunities remain available.

Regarding the rapid uptake of sponsorships, the company stated that their concept—seeking partners who resonate with the team’s philosophy and challenges rather than just offering advertising space—received significant support from numerous business leaders.
