Hiroaki Matsuki

After graduating from university, he worked as an SV for a listed retail company before joining Selection and Variation Co., Ltd. He has experience in designing HR systems for a wide range of industries, regardless of company size. In addition to building HR systems, he has extensive knowledge and know-how regarding employee engagement surveys and continuously conducts organizational diagnostics for external companies.
