This year, we were able to welcome a total of 26 new colleagues: 23 sales staff, 1 web programmer, 1 corporate staff, and 1 mid-career hire. With the addition of new employees, the TownLife Group now has a total of 234 employees across all companies.

At the entrance ceremony, Representative Director Ryuichi Sasazawa welcomed the new employees and offered words of encouragement for their new challenges. Afterwards, the mid-career hire and each new employee introduced themselves and spoke about their aspirations after joining the company.
