[Session 2] July 8 (Wed) 17:30-18:00 "Straight talk! What is the required Japanese level? What are the hidden traps in the system?"
[Session 3] August 5 (Wed) 17:30-18:00 "How about salary settings? Rent? Visa applications? A thorough explanation of acceptance costs and structures!"
Background:
Currently, the job opening ratio for structural work in the construction industry has reached 8.04x, highlighting an extremely serious labor shortage where eight companies compete for a single craftsperson. Furthermore, bankruptcies caused by labor shortages have reached a record high, with the construction industry accounting for one-fourth of all industries, ranking as the worst affected sector.
Given this situation, there is growing interest in utilizing "Specified Skilled Foreigners" as a solution to maintain and strengthen site systems, which prompted us to organize this seminar to assist in solving your challenges.
Seminar Overview:
Format: Online (Zoom) Fee: Free Content: 20 minutes of explanation + 10 minutes of consultation (anonymous questions welcome) Remarks: As it is a web-based event, you can watch it like listening to the radio, even from your car on the way back from the site.
