The sound/mute toggle can be operated with a single touch using a lever with a built-in magnet. In sound mode, the bell rings even during low-speed riding. By keeping it in sound mode when parked, it also provides a simple theft deterrence effect as vibration triggers the sound. Furthermore, it can be used to notify nearby pedestrians of the vehicle's approach when pushing the bike.
