Technopro to Fully Introduce Claude, Accelerating Transformation into Japan's Largest AI Implementation Company through Advanced AI Model Utilization

Technopro Holdings Inc. (hereinafter "Technopro") has concluded a license agreement (hereinafter "this agreement") for the comprehensive introduction of Claude Enterprise provided by Anthropic PBC (hereinafter "Anthropic"), which focuses on AI safety research, by the Technopro Group. This agreement strongly supports the realization of Technopro's vision of becoming "Japan's largest AI implementation company."

The full introduction of Claude to the group is the first measure to accelerate the transformation into an AI implementation company after Technopro's delisting in 2025 under an agreement with Blackstone, a major U.S. investment management company. As one of the key measures of over 10 billion yen in AI/DX investment, Claude will be incorporated into the management infrastructure of the Technopro Group to fundamentally improve the productivity, quality, and career value of over 30,000 engineers.

As the core engine of Technopro's "AI Vision," Claude will be introduced into all business processes, making AI a "management infrastructure."

AI CoE, a department specializing in AI utilization, will train 10,000 AI implementation engineers at its core, achieving career advancement and improved treatment for engineers.

Promote AI-driven development (AIX) and Delivery DX (DDX) to accelerate the "circular model" of "onsite business × solution business."

Position this agreement as a key measure of over 10 billion yen in AI/DX investment over the next three years in the medium-term management plan, and contribute to the promotion of AI implementation in Japanese society.

1. Introduce Claude into all business processes, making AI a "management infrastructure"

Based on the "AI Vision," AI will be positioned not just as a business efficiency tool but as the "management infrastructure" of the entire group, and will be deployed throughout the company. Claude will be incorporated into all processes from sales, assignment, delivery, recruitment, education, and financial accounting to the formulation of management strategies, achieving top-class productivity in the industry. We will develop an environment where AI literacy permeates the entire company, the latest AI can be utilized without restrictions, and use cases can be horizontally deployed, and Technopro itself will become a role model for customer AI implementation.

2. Expand training programs centered on the specialized organization AI CoE to train 10,000 AI implementation engineers

The specialized organization "AI CoE" responsible for the aggregation and deployment of cutting-edge AI technology will design and deploy AI-driven development education programs utilizing Claude for all engineers in the Technopro Group, and establish a "AI implementation engineer" system of 10,000 people by June 2029.

3. Accelerate the "circular model" through AI-driven development (AIX) and Delivery DX (DDX)

Based on the vast field knowledge accumulated by the Technopro Group, such as specifications, design documents, and source code, we will develop a knowledge base (RAG) and realize AI-driven development (AIX) utilizing Claude's autonomous agent functions (Agentic AI). We will deploy agents packed with in-house know-how in each phase of requirements definition, code generation, and test scenario generation, and promote "Delivery DX (DDX)" to digitalize the entire development business. Through this, we aim to significantly improve development productivity by June 2029.

Furthermore, based on the know-how obtained as "Customer Zero" in AIX/Delivery DX, we will promote the development of industry-specific AI agents and AI operating systems in the manufacturing and IT fields, and support the long-term maximization of ROI for customers, mainly mid-sized and large companies.

4. Contribute to the spread of AI implementation in Japanese society through over 10 billion yen in AI/DX investment over three years

This agreement is one of the key measures of "over 10 billion yen in AI/DX investment" promoted by the Technopro Group in its medium-term management plan. Seizing the change in the external environment of a decreasing labor population as an opportunity, we will fundamentally improve the productivity and quality of over 30,000 engineers belonging to the company. By becoming an "AI-armed co-creation platform," we will strongly support the AI implementation of customer companies that underpin Japan's core industries, and contribute to the digital transformation and strengthening of competitiveness of Japanese society as a whole.
