(Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President & CEO: Hirotaka Sakakibara), operator of "James, the car maintenance and car accessories store," attended the '2026 Oricon Customer Satisfaction® Awards Ceremony*' held by Oricon Inc. on Thursday, March 12, and received the Overall #1 ranking in the Oricon Customer Satisfaction® Survey for Vehicle Inspection for 2024 and 2025 — two consecutive years. *Companies that received the Overall #1 ranking in the Oricon Customer Satisfaction® Rankings announced between April 2025 and March 2026 were invited to attend.
