Nissin Foods Holdings Opens Second Franchise Store, "Onigiri Konga" Rice Ball Specialty Shop, in Osaka

Nissin Foods Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Kiyomasa Shiroha; hereinafter "Nissin Foods Holdings"), a nori (seaweed) manufacturer that has been proposing and providing safe, high-quality nori products and innovative processed foods that brighten dining tables and family smiles since 1921, will open its second franchise store, "Onigiri Konga Grand Front Osaka Store," on July 14, 2026 (Tue).

Nissin Foods Holdings entered into a franchise agreement with FBI Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Masanobu Goda; hereinafter "FBI Holdings"), which operates the rice ball specialty store "Onigiri Konga," on January 31, 2025. On August 1 of the same year, the "Onigiri Konga Otemachi One Store" opened in the Otemachi area of Tokyo. The store has been patronized by many customers, mainly those working in nearby offices, before work, during lunch breaks, and after work. Now, the second store will open in Osaka, where Nissin Foods Holdings' headquarters is located.

"Grand Front Osaka," a landmark in Osaka visited by many people from Japan and abroad. As a unique initiative for a location with a high proportion of female customers and families, a "small size" original to the "Onigiri Konga Grand Front Osaka Store" has been newly prepared.
