New Horizon Collective LLC to Host 2nd "Life Shift Platform for Women" Event on June 2nd, Supporting Middle to Senior-Generation Women Navigating Career Changes

New Horizon Collective LLC (Tokyo, Representatives: Yuji Yamaguchi and Tomohiro Nozawa, hereinafter: NH), which operates the "Life Shift Platform (LSP)" supporting the active participation of middle and senior-generation talent, will hold the second event of its career support project for middle and senior-generation women, "LIFE SHIFT PLATFORM for Women," titled "My Own Life Shift Starting from a Career Break" on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

This event will focus on "career breaks," which are gaining attention as a career option, offering hints and opportunities for dialogue to women contemplating their future careers to take a new step forward.

"LIFE SHIFT PLATFORM for Women" is a new project of the Life Shift Platform that supports middle to senior-generation women who have accumulated professional experience through various life stages and environments. It provides companions for the next stage, learning necessary for professionals, and many hints to encourage life shifts.

Waka Mizuno (1st Batch Member) Brand Producer, Connector, Talent & Athlete Agent Born in Osaka in 1976. Raised in Chicago, USA, from 4th grade to high school. After graduating from Doshisha University in 1999, she was responsible for PR, marketing, and various promotions for B2C companies such as game and pharmaceutical companies at Dentsu Inc. She became independent in 2021 and now expands her activities to include managing athletes and models, branding products and services, producing original chocolates, and engaging in activities for rescued dogs and cats.

Yoko Nobutomo (2nd Batch Member) Tokyo College of Music Director / Announcer / Career Consultant For 22 years, she worked as an announcer for a major TV network in Tokyo, active on the front lines of news, information, sports, and reporting. Currently, as a career consultant, she pursues the realization of "a future where both people and organizations shine." As a part-time director at Tokyo College of Music, she also focuses on student career support and value creation through music.
