(Head Office: Joto-ku, Osaka; President: Nagatoshi Kihouin; hereinafter "Neurotech Medical") are pleased to announce that they will commence a partnership on July 3, 2026, for the utilization of umbilical cord-derived stem cell culture supernatant "Family Seijo®" in the field of neural regeneration.

This partnership will bring together Stem Cell Research Institute, a cell bank for perinatal tissue-derived cells, primarily umbilical cords and cord blood, boasting a 99% domestic market share, and Neurotech Medical, which offers "Renewro®," a fusion of its patented technology "Targeted Neural Regeneration TherapyTM" and its proprietary technology "Targeted RehabilitationTM." Through this collaboration, a new medical service provision system will be established, leveraging the expertise of both companies.

Based on the instructions of physicians at Neurotech Medical's partner clinics, Stem Cell Research Institute will undertake the contract manufacturing of the stem cell culture supernatant "Family Seijo®" from umbilical cord-derived stem cells stored at Stem Cell Research Institute.

Neurotech Medical provides "Renewro®," a fusion of its patented "Targeted Neural Regeneration TherapyTM" and proprietary "Targeted RehabilitationTM" technologies. Through this partnership, physicians at the company's partner clinics will consider the use of "Family Seijo®" as one of the options for private medical services in the neural regeneration field, depending on the patient's condition.
