Hanwa Homes Co., Ltd. has been selected for the 'Mamigaoka Hills Park Trial Sounding' project conducted by Nara Prefecture and will perform demonstration experiments from April 2026 to February 2027.

This trial is a test policy introduced to explore the implementation of the Public-Private Partnership for Park Management (Park-PFI) and designated management systems, aiming to create public vibrancy and sustainable park management.

Hanwa Homes will implement a dog run pilot where dogs and humans can coexist safely, and conduct outdoor camp experience programs for children in cooperation with DEKIRU WORKS at the Nara Prefectural Mamigaoka Hills Park.

In recent years, diverse usage needs have emerged for public parks. However, safety, hygiene management, and the preservation of natural environments as public spaces are also crucial. This project seeks to verify new possibilities for park utilization while respecting the natural environment of Mamigaoka Hills Park.

1. Implementation of the 'UMAMI WAN PARK' dog run In a park where pet access is normally prohibited, this project will verify how dogs and humans can coexist in public spaces under specified areas, periods, and management conditions.

2. Children's outdoor experience programs in collaboration with DEKIRU WORKS Leveraging the expertise of the 'Dekiru Camp Academy,' the project will implement experiential activities incorporating disaster prevention education, environmental education, and food education.
