PERSOL Group Holds 2026 Entrance Ceremony for Approximately 1,800 New Employees

PERSOL Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takao Wada), which upholds the group vision of "Work, and Smile.," held its group entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The ceremony was attended by approximately 1,800 new employees from 18 of the 49 domestic group companies that conduct new graduate recruitment. The event included content designed to deepen their understanding of the PERSOL Group.

President's Congratulatory Address: I want you, as new employees, to challenge yourselves without fear of failure.

Congratulations to all our new employees. I am truly happy to be able to work with you from this day forward.

Guided by our group vision, "Work, and Smile.," we have set our sights on becoming a "Well-being through Work Creation Company." We cherish our "Philosophy System," which encompasses our behavioral guidelines and management philosophy. The PERSOL Group's management philosophy—"Creating employment, contributing to the growth of individuals, and contributing to society"—is packed with the foundational experiences of our group. In 1973, our founder, Yoshiko Shinohara, faced the reality that there were no workplaces for capable and motivated women, and she launched Tempstaff with the thought, "If there isn't one, I'll create it myself." For the 53 years since, we have continued to provide value by eliminating the mismatch between people and jobs, and by creating a society where working people can grow.

Our group vision, "Work, and Smile.," does not simply mean working while laughing. Work involves hardships, hitting walls, and things not going as planned. However, I believe that the smiles born from the sense of achievement and joy after putting in the effort, cooperating with colleagues, and overcoming those obstacles are what "Work, and Smile." truly means.

I want you, as new employees, to challenge yourselves without fear of failure. As you gain many experiences, there will be times when things do not go as you expect, but please go ahead and fail. Failure will certainly become your strength. I have experienced countless failures myself, but the PERSOL Group is a place where you can grow from those failures and where your colleagues will support you. You will always have colleagues, and you can grow together while helping one another.

The next ten years are the ten years that you will create. My job is to build the foundation for the PERSOL Group to continue growing for 50 or 100 years, and I look forward to building the next five to ten years together with you.
